Fall is my fave season. I know I’m a super “Basic” mom. I enjoy Uggs, PSL’s, Hunters and pumpkin patches. The downfall to Fall living in the ATX is “Fall” weather is nearly non existent. However, the best pumpkin patch is just right around the corner! Actually it’s about an hour drive but it is totally worth it. I am a Bay Area girl and Half Moon Bay was my pumpkin patch of choice until I discovered Sweet Berry Farm. Sweet Berry Farm is in the town of Marble Falls. They have hayrides, 2 corn mazes 1 for kids and 1 for older kids and adults, pumpkin painting, Scarecrow stuffing, face painting, flower picking, sand art, berry train, bounce area, horse rides and pumpkin ice cream!
My mother in law is all about the fall fun too so we have made it a tradition to go every year with her. We have not done every activity on the list just because the first year we went I was 7 months pregnant and this year it was difficult to drive an hour and spend a whole day with a toddler and baby. But it’s more of a reason to come back. The pumpkin picking part is also alot of fun. They don’t just carry your basic big orange pumpkins they have a wide variety and they are cheap. You will not pay more than $12 for a pumpkin and $12 is for a huge pumpkin. I like to pick out weird looking ones. It has become a thing for Adan and I. I can write about this amazing place forever but I think these pics speak for all the fun we have!
