I Love Sprouts!

So I am not a crazy coupon mom but I love saving money. One way we are able afford to save money so I can stay home is cutting back on our grocery bill. One big secret is buying in bulk. I usually hit my local Sam’s Club or Costco for school snacks for the month ( I only get what’s on sale) but aside from that I shop at Sprouts. Weekly ads are great but a little known secret from Sprouts even though it is advertised is DOUBLE AD WEDNESDAY! For those that do not know what “Double Ad Wednesday” is it is the day you get to shop at Sprouts from the previous weeks savings and the current weeks savings! They release the ad on Tuesday so you can plan your trip. I like to go when it opens at 7 am when I can get all I want without having to worry about them selling out. Bonus is if they do sell out you can ask for a rain check and you can come back another day and get it for the advertised price. I stock up on my family essentials when on sale which include:

Boneless skinless chicken breasts (usually $1.59- $1.88 a lb)

Cashews ( when they are $5.99 a lb)

Sprouts vanilla wafers (3 bags for $5)

Vanilla greek yogurt 32 oz (2 for $5)

I also plan my meals around what veggies are on sale and for the most part we only eat chicken breast. We like to keep it on the healthy side!
